Increasing safety in everyday life
Our mission is to strengthen and increase the general awareness of security in civil society through the implementation of activities and activities leading to the increase of complex security of subjects and objects in the protection of soft targets or in emergencies. The Czech Republic is one of the safest countries in the world and we want to contribute to keeping it that way.
We believe that in cooperation with our domestic and foreign partners we are making a significant contribution to increasing “awareness” and security in everyday life.
Marcela Gultová
Statutory Director
He has been working in the field of security since 2015. He transfers the experience gained abroad into his work and tries to apply it in the Czech Republic. She mainly prepares the implementation of programmes for children, project days focused on safety in schools. In the field of OMC, she is an analyst of object data, especially in the preparation of safety documentation, including Threat Assessment. She participates in the preparation and implementation of thematic exercises for the management of organizations.
Ing. Peter Šramatý, MBA
Chairman of the Management Board
Education University, MBA – security management, internship Israel (Security and crisis management for schools) – 15 years of practical lecturing for secondary and tertiary staff, e.g. in the field of soft target protection and emergency management, weapons issues, prevention and prediction of these phenomena, instructor of training and incident management and emergency response programmes for the secondary and tertiary sector
(including schools and educational institutions, etc.).

Gabriela Ben David MA
Member of the Management Board
Security Consultant and
Crisis Planning, living permanently in Israel, holds a Master’s degree from Reichmann University. She brings a foreign perspective on the issue Gabriela has experience in dealing with real crisis situations, terrorist attacks and other emergencies.
20 years of experience
We have been dealing with physical security issues professionally for more than 20 years, both in the business and non-profit sectors. Our team draws on the rich experience of professional careers and shared knowledge from abroad, where it was possible to see their pros and cons, increasing their competencies and skills not only through further education, but also by solving various incidents and crises.
